What to bring for vehicle registration
- Your out-of-state title, or the name and address of the lienholder if the vehicle is financed.
- Current out-of-state registration.
- Proof of Colorado insurance for the vehicle.
- A completed VIN verification for vehicles coming from out of state.
- Proof of your Mesa County address, plus a form of payment for taxes and fees.

What to bring for a Colorado driver's license
- Proof of identity such as a passport or certified birth certificate.
- Your Social Security number.
- Two documents proving your Colorado address.
- Your current out-of-state license to surrender.

- Update your voter registration at the same time you update your address.
